I am weighted 55kg and my height is 180cm.
Problem : No matter how much I eat, I still wont grow or get bigger with my muscles. I workout very little though. I am skinny tall
Achieve : I want to get bigger and buffer with my muscles.
Some of my friends recommend me to get high proteins , do you have any recommendations?
