isit low in calories aswell ? because my goal is to lose fat/weight while gain lean muscle . or should i take soy protein ? lol sorry for asking as im new in this tongue.gif

its 200 calories per serving, most customers like this because of its great taste and it definitely good in building muscles. soy protein is another good option as it helps in boosting female hormone, good for females smile.gif

hi bro i never tried that personally, but the feedback i got from my customers is the taste is not so artificial, and its nicer if compared with the normal casein thumbup.gif

Sent on monday, yesterday holiday, today got it.
