Market norm nowadays, depending on ranking and overriding.

As high as 90:10 is being paid out to top ranking agents.

i am a license holder and now attached to an agency in Klang Valley as a director, but have no active role.

thus, i am exploring for new opportunity as i would like to
(i) explore on project marketing and
(ii) i wish to invest and holds minority share in the company.
