Celcom or Maxis broadband can get better ping than streamyx?

lol. ive been using celcom broadband to play mp. ping usually around 250+ -------------> 999.  in adelaide server. let alone tgtf bttleground.
if got lucky prbbly can get around 200+ ping. it sucks big time. most of the time people 'teleport' randomly and i cant even get to aim prprly. end up getting shot.lol

If you guys want good pings, try getting the 175.144 subnet.
