yea apparently its released in quite a few places.

they are playing online on xbox live and im assuming you do not know, but if you log onto xbox live with a pirated copy you will get perma banned your xbox will not be able to go online anymore....

brah my friend is playing on xboxlive as i speak....and he says its out in russia.....and his xbox is not modded because if it was his halo reach would ban his xbawks
