help me to gain weight and muscle, now im realized

i always believed that people in low yat will help me. now im 22 years old and my waist is 27 and weight 49kg and 168cm. guys im f***ing thin! how am i gonna do? last week my gf bought me 'WEIGHT GAINERS 2200 GOLD' from GNC and im not start drink yet since im smoker.and now i wanna quit smoking and wanna add some weight with some muscle if possible. so what is the proper way?am i need to diet (since im already skinny) ? guys u'll help aite?

Gain weight, try GOMAD. Should be able to gain weight if you follow it. And also try eating 6 meals a day. 6 small healthy meals.

First of all, instead of us helping you, please help yourself with doing some reading first. Then if you have question we will definetely try our best to guide you / assist you / give you some answers. btw if you're thin, you dont diet to gain weight... it is so wrong.

hav 5 meals per day(at least), dun skip ur breakfast go gym, workout.. there is still a lot of information out there~google or youtube would be ur choice
