QUOTE(XionCity @ Jan 11 2011, 10:39 AM) It's true, the new FL Forte and Hyundai Avante 2011 won't have GDi Engine, but got 6 spd auto and other features. y?? Coz malaysian fuel might destroy the engine itself. Even with current Forte engine, in RON97 also plenty of engine knocking and jerking. The only solution is V-Power Racing, which is the 1 and only RON100 fuel. If juz government can put this VPR in every cities, i guess GDi won't have problem reaching here... hehe..since when the v power racing is ron100 in our shore? =P perhaps u got the wrong info. There is no way we can taste the feel of ron100 fuel in malaysia..

Forte in Singapore is SGD 83,999..Its 1.6sx facelift. source : Oneshift SGSo if the new avante price in SG is about 80k, i guess it will a little bit higher from forte's price in Malaysia. I would say around 90k for basic and 105k for the highest spec..

QUOTE(gregy @ Dec 28 2011, 04:52 PM) I don't understand what you mean by crappy drivetrain on the Optima. In what way is it crap? Pls enlighten me, for as far as I can tell, both the Optima 2.0 Dual CVVT Theta II and the Elantra's Nu 1.8 MPI are setting new standards unmatched even by the Japs. If that drivetain is made from japan, he will definitely says that its a well developed technology. Just that its fron korea, so...u know what i mean..hehe.
