so far, the performance is acceptable..
currently just off my iptv, only used it when astro cannot watch (like yesterday evening heavy downpour.. hee hee)

yea, stupid tm.. i usually off my tv box to save energy..

only use the iptv to watch the free vod, but watch them all already, and they are all old movies..

the list of channels is not attractive as i would not pay and dont mind if they wanna take them off..

had mine replaced yesterday, no call or any sort of info before coming.. just come to your house, say he is from tm and want to switch remote.. its kinda unprofessional way tm is doing it.. they should have at least make an announcement to let us know in advance of this matter.. huh! btw, the hypptv channels is still sucks.. dun bother turning it on, just turn it on when wanna see the free vod ..

iptv, in my opinion, better not terminate your astro..

channel selection is suck, in term of iptv quality, for now i think is ok n good..

but the content is something is thing useless.. i only view iptv when rainy (no astro) or i wanna see the movies available in vod (video on demand- mostly old n not box office movies)

most of the time, i switch of my iptv.. save electricity..

if not mistaken, back then, riz managed to view the iptv on pc, now cannot anymore.. must use tv to watch oni..

yup, anything with hdmi port or the normal red, yellow n white port cables...
hdmi better coz can view the HD content..

btw, just wanna report that after the latest update in my STB, i cannot view 80% of the channels (including channel tv1,tv2,tv3,ntv7,tv8)...all in preview mode only... thank god VOD still works, can still watch movie.. after that, close stb, on astro..

the voip phone with the new number is the one you dont need to pay rental..

the old one, on normal phone line, if still exist, u need to pay,.... if u terminate the old one n use only new voip line, then no need to pay..

isnt the dial tone referring to your old phone line? not an indicator for streamyx line.. streamyx line is using the old phone line rite?

cutting streamyx means if you dial, u cannot connect anymore, but there is still dial tone if you wish to use your old phones..

just wanted to clarify..

p/s: i never checked yet if they had terminated my streamyx account, will do it soon.. im opting to maintain my old telephone line and terminate streamyx only.. pay xtra RM26 each month..

it depends.. on servers and locations..

i get max up to 850kbp/s and as worst as 150kbp/s
