To those who experiencing Wifi issue with TM DIR-615:
Not sure this would work for you all, but I decrease the transmitting power to 50% and so far the router did not give me any problem with both wireless and wired connection for the pass 3 days 24x7. Just my 2 cents... |

QUOTE(Lucas @ Jun 20 2010, 03:41 PM) Thanks for sharing. I used to have the router hang up and wireless disconnection issue, now seems to be ok so far...May you elaborate more on what you mean by "experiencing Wifi issue"? Myself, i have been experiencing sudden disconnection from wireless connection, and reconnecting the wireless connection directly is not possible, have to restart the laptop, then reconnect it back. My wired connection so far is ok, jst having problem on wireless. If the problem still persist, i may wanna try out your method by decreasing the transmitting power to 50%. Anyway, maybe not many of you watch the IPTV, but is anyone having problem today for the IPTV? It gave some error code and message about contact service provider..? Thanks. |

QUOTE(*********** @ Jun 25 2010, 12:01 PM) Am not sure about this since I dun own a fax machine, but when the TM fellas came to install my UniFi, they claimed that the phone line works with fax...Added on June 25, 2010, 1:03 pm QUOTE(h03tn4d @ Jun 25 2010, 12:32 AM) hey guys wanan check, What I heard from TM was they currently unable to keep the existing number due to some unknown(to me) technical issue, they claimed they only able to migrate your existing phone number to UniFi as early as Sept/Oct, means that you have to keep your existing line until Sept/Oct if you want the number to be migrate to UniFi.if you use the VOBB, whats the phone number u get? a new one? or you will be able to keep the existing no. like for eg now my no. is +603-56332153 (do i get the same one ?) anyone tested it out ? how isit? and for the IPTV... how good isit so far? i mean in terms for the local channels. clear? smooth? thanks hope to hear from u guys This post has been edited by hpteh: Jun 25 2010, 01:03 PM |

QUOTE(bem69 @ Jun 26 2010, 10:14 PM) I think somebody asked this and didn't get an answer... I dun think so... I already terminated my Streamyx account, and now I can't login my Streamyx email. If you get a unifi account and terminate your streamyx account, can you still keep your streamyx email? As sucky as it is, I use it. |
