Hi, I just subscribed to Unifi for my apartment. I believe they will be using VDSL. Questions:

1) Will need to pull new copper cable into my unit or can use old one?
2) If use old one, that means old phone/streamyx cannot use anymore?
3) If pull new cable, means old phone/streamyx still can use?
4) Do I have to cancel old phone/streamyx myself? i.e. go TMPoint to cancel?
5) Will technician provide free ethernet cabling?

I also have similar issues... sometimes hangs frequently and cannot connect back.
Just changed power to 50%... let's see how.
