QUOTE(Cristiano-Ronaldo-7 @ May 17 2010, 03:17 AM) guys i'm posting up the weirdest speed test. i only subscribed to 10mpbs, but i'm getting this!! it all depends on the server. some server is slow that makes it laggy. sometimes its your connection, mostly europe servers got 300ms+ ping.http://www.speedtest.net/results.php and when i played mw2 just now laggy. damn weird. maybe the system corrected itself or something. |

QUOTE(Neptern @ May 17 2010, 02:07 PM) Spotted tm contractors(written on their backs) at taman overseas union.Saw huge black cables on the lorry.Should be fiber optic right? yeah, the black cables will contain fiber optics, putting black cables is on 2nd day and for 3rd day, you will see they insert blue fiber optics cable into the black cable. |

QUOTE(PGGTrader @ May 27 2010, 07:56 PM) Hi guys, I am interested to apply for the Unifi, but not sure which package to go for. 10Mbps (megabits) is around 1.25MBPS (megabytes). TM use megabits while unifi users use megabytes during download etc. please dont get confused. I would like to get the 10Mbps package but i have a question, is there a different on speed to overseas server (other than local Malaysia Based server) with the 5Mbps package ? I remember i read somewhere that the speed to overseas server range from a few hundred KB to around 2 Mbps only, if that is the case then subscribing to the 10Mbps seems to be not so worth it, since the faster speed is only for connection to local server. I also remember reading somewhere on this topic that Unifi is giving 1 month free, is it true ? Thanks in advance. |

QUOTE(rizvanrp @ May 28 2010, 10:27 PM) Haha of course I won't but it makes me wonder why we have to pay so much for 5/10/20mbps when the system allows for 100mbps. I didn't even *want* to uncap my line but when I was reconfiguring my router I just realized that it would work. I'm sure they are at least partially aware of it? "configuring router"? |
