rizvanrp, can you help to explain in simple terms why in my case the VPN connection is stable using cable / wired connection but not using wireless ?
*
if it is stable with wired connection it has nothing to do with Unifi.
apologies for butting in like this biggrin.gif

TM is currently monitoring the Current UniFi users type of usage and behavior, that's why P2P is not blocked at this moment.

what is there to monitor so much? they are not a new isp. they have been running streamyx for more than a decade.
im sure they know that a large proportion (>90% ??) of unifi customers will be from streamyx.

block p2p? so they want to implement a usage cap and still block certain protocols? really?

More channels will be added to IPTV soon.
how many times have we heard this from all the failed contenders to astro. we want quality programs not crap free-to-air channels. tm will say, if you want quality must pay more. then everyone will be #@!?, i will stick with astro, you can take back the set-top-box and reduce my monthly subscription for unifi.

QUOTE
TM will enforced some sort of throttling ( decreased of speed ) if VIP Home packages exceed the FUP.
why cant they be responsible corporate citizen and let customers know straight up in b&w when they launched unifi. everyday there are new customers signing up and being tied into a 2 year contract.

According to networking experts, while this is possible, it is quite unlikely that a hacker would be successful.

seems like they are looking down on malaysian H4Ckz0r5 skillz flex.gif

lets see how long it takes tm to do something after techcentrals article...

"...As of May 7, there were about 1,700 UniFi customers..."

...TM has already completed 311,000 premises passed, surpassing the target of 300,000 premises passed by the end of March...by year-end 2010, TM’s UniFi will cover 48 exchange areas with a total of 750,000 premises passed.

i wonder if anyones scorecard will be affected. assuming they have 3,000 customers today vs say 350,000 premises that are able to subscribe to unifi. that is a really low take up rate?
