sofar in past 2 years i got 2 PC struck by lightning even thou my lan is with BELKIN protection
although both just killed my motherboard but is terrible experience if i change to fiber i probably feel alot safer as from my experience lightning only kill via tel copper line but never via electric power.. at least for me |

4M blockbuster is also area dependent and telekom very unlikely will upgrade their copper system anymore
mean if your area not support 4M probably it will never be so for people like me who only can get 1M package the only upgrade path is unifi.. |
