During promotional period, there are no extra charges. I believe the link answers most of your questions.

Uh, LAN port 1 on my BTU seems to be dead (it was going on and off the last few days). When i plug in the DIR 615 into LAN port 2/3/4 on the BTU the light blinks showing that the lan is detected but somehow internet won't work, it only works when connected to BTU port 1. Any ideas before i call telekom tomorrow? Think my BTU needs to be replaced, i tried my other router on it too and port 1 is still dead. Seems to be a hardware problem.

if one then u should get 2 times than the current one you got since you're on VIP20 unless the download speed is capped by hotfile..

Uh .... i get weird feedback from tmnut.

They say my place no Unifi, but the bungallows a street across have unifi. They are also in Mutiara Damansara also, so how come they have but i don't o_o; wtf ?? My residential area already has the green boxes installed same like those bungallows across the street so what is the problem i wonder. is it because the datuks live on the other side :/ ?? why got double standard.

And furthermore my place is between those bungallows and bandar utama which also has unifi, yet my place don't have why is that ??? vmad.gif

Here i link a screenshot for the areas i'm talking about

user posted image

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

The purple area is Bu. here probably already have unifi. Green area in damansara where the bungalows (they cost more then 1 million ringgit each unit doh.gif ) are confirm to have unifi. The red area where i am got the green boxes but yet no unifi yet ??? how can this be shocking.gif

Anyone know the logic behind this hmm.gif

Simple equation

UniFi for those with moola , the rest of you (which includes me) who is on a cheap housing area.Just wait to be rolled for the masses. They know that those VIPs and those who can afford it would surely jump to TM's UniFi package.

Fair enough, but my area isn't a poor area :/ (granted that all townships have to build a low cost housing area, however that is further away from my area and is closer to the police station near the roundabout )

That is why i am confused why they bypass my area :[ To me it seems my area is already supported, but they decide to withold subscription for my area, but allow for the other half of mutiara damansara ? I noted that during the launch of the unifi website, their service locator also said my place got support. Soon after i reported this to tmnut, they took down that service locator and change to a more generalised answer for exchange point. Basically they want to cover up and say your area not supported yet when actually it is doh.gif ( are they trying to make the areas all have same launch date for new areas ??? and the other part of MU gets early hsbb because of well connected people living there ? )

Anyway this was the reply i got.

It is no wonder malaysians are moving out to other countries. Too much corruption and favourtism for the burgeios. Where is the equality ? icon_question.gif

My gf lives in the affluent Bukit Damansara and that green box is right in front of her house; and unifi is not yet available. Upon browsing the area, one can see that the cables are still being deployed.

Even if you see the fibre distribution points around your area, it does not guarantee service availability, this is what unifi cs told me.

BTW, I don't think has anything to do with VIPS living in the area or such.
