During the session yesterday we manage to sort a few things out during the discussion with TM Corp Top Management.

TM is currently monitoring the Current UniFi users type of usage and behavior, that's why P2P is not blocked at this moment.

They will see and turn on the Fair Usage Policy on what kind of amount of bandwidth for Home users would be. I said to them that 60GB is insufficient for Home VIP packages.

Home users can take Biz Package if they don't want to apply the FUP but Biz Package cannot take the home package. Biz package doesn't contain IPTV

More channels will be added to IPTV soon. Astro has secured the exclusive right for their HD Channel so not sure how they counter this.

Yeah, they told me too about 60gb is just a temporary on the website, maybe they will give 120gb or more. But about this one
whatever it is.. for 5/10/20Mbps package ke...mana boleh simply decreased the speed. sure kena saman la nanti. this is not streamyx package using sharing connection..this is fibre optic. u get what you pay for[COLOR=red].. mine now using VIP10 package, dapat 9xxxKB/s local connection pun dah cantik(if diorg decreased the speed suddenly dpt 2xxxKB/s locally mmg nak kenalah). international uplink still depends on the site. some site very fast, some are not.

I dont mind if they still give the connection(decreased of speed) if my usage over the bandwidth limit,  I just scared after a month..they still throttling my bandwidth forever lol . bukan boleh percaya TM ni..hihi

dude, unifi is not leased line lah.............this is a shared bandwith service, x kira lah fiber ke miber ke wafer ke....that is just the means of how they connect u to their server...

u pay peanuts, dun ask for leased line level of service...beli kereta kancil nk laju mcm ferrari...mcm mana?

unifi are not that good,  for my area, its not so stable
currently staying @ subang SS15
the unifi , sometimes ping high, sometimes ping low, and so does when loading youtube
only for youtube, other like youku or some other streaming sites stream very slow... my 1mb streamyx can beat it x.X
and frequent dc from facebook game also....
