QUOTE(mamakap @ Jul 12 2010, 01:18 PM) Is anyone facing problem with the VOIP? My work for the first day after installation, but the following day no dial tone. I think is something got to do with my fiberhome. Yes, I've got a strange problem with VOIP. I can't seem to dial 1-800 numbers. Anyone else having the same problem? |

QUOTE(zuhaili87 @ Jul 13 2010, 12:27 AM) guys i want to ask your opinion, Try using a download manager with rapidshare and see if its faster.. I usually get the advertised speed using rapidshare with a download manager (segmented download). But torrenting should be faster than 3MBps..i'm currently on VIP5, and my speedtest and pingtest is as shown on my sig, is that normal ? btw, i want to ask about the dl speed, when i dl using rapidshare i usually get around 300KBps max, not more than that, but when i'm torrenting, can go up to 3MBps, is that normal ? i dont know why rapidshare is slower than torrenting. any comment guys ? |

use utorrent 2.0.2
Default is great enough. Rapidshare have caps I think even for premium users. VIP5 is usually 600kB/s (0.5MB/s) max if capped the right way. Really irks me when people salah info on bit and bytes.. 3M 3MB/s - 3072kB/s lol Added on July 13, 2010, 1:34 am QUOTE(allsick @ Jul 13 2010, 12:35 AM) Actually that's the maximum speed for VIP10. (if you're not capped higher than 10Mbps)Should be grateful. This post has been edited by Chyan: Jul 13 2010, 01:38 AM |

QUOTE(zuhaili87 @ Jul 13 2010, 01:41 AM) Thats 2.2 megabytes per second -- or equivalent to VIP20 speed. If you're on VIP5 and getting that speed your account has been misconfigured Infact, I rarely see that speed on HTTP connections. Your account may be capped at speeds higher than 20mbps (or uncapped even). Wouldn't be too noisy about this This post has been edited by rizvanrp: Jul 13 2010, 01:44 AM |
