currently funding for the new vaio S premium series... hope to get it soon...

i also took the plunge...

you do short review lah...you bought first so you use your notebook already more than i did...

anyway...so far so good...haven't installed all my apps yet... still got a few...

over all...i love it! light and powerfull

boot up is not that slow even if its just using an HDD...i also utilized the biometrics so i only use my finger print to log-in...screen is great...no complains what so ever...still slowly getting my files transferred from my other notebook... battery life is soo..soo... maybe changing to an SSD would significantly increase total battery life...for now i've limited my charging to 80%...could last for like 3hrs+ i guess... i'm using a bluetooth mouse (razer orochi) as well so i'm using some power out of it... great product so far...




btw, anyone got any extra license of office 2010?

which ssd u bought? hows the battery life now?....planning to upgrade soon...just installed ms office... remaining apps are my 3d stuff that i need for work...

im not using my vaio for games so i dont mind running it on stock.... (in short...i dont know how to so better not...might brick my unit )

the only thing that i guess i dont really like is that all the connections are on the right side and that when i connect stuff it gets in the way of my mouse...haha! guess i have to use the mouse a bit farther..

im using a bluetooth mouse...however, once i connect my external hard drive...i have to position my mouse a bit farther than the usual...



i removed trend micro and install avast free...

im doing 3D...set my machine to "speed" mode...check gpu load using gpuz...but the only load i see is on the intel 4000...nothing on the gt640m le....???? how?

downloaded the 900mhz oc...

flashed my bios successfully and its now running at 900mhz...hahaha!!!

overpriced? nah...i dont think so...with its specs and form factor and i guess the only one in its class... i dont think it has any competitor... dell xps 14 is much more heavier...macbook pro 13 has no odd and dedicated vcard...

anybody knows where i can get a keyboard protector for the vaio S13 premium...all sony shops i calll got no stock...
