damn funny the way he trade...if got 2 winners just sell to either one lah...apa susah budak ini...
1st time in my life I see a bidding / auctioned item the out come is 2 winners =.="

Added on May 2, 2010, 1:25 amI'm quite curious in a way as there is one dispute seller and another person who created the account on the day the post started =/
Is he trying to up the price of his own item ?
well I've reported this issues and the Admins have told me just to ignore his thread and dont deal with ppl like him =)
Added on May 2, 2010, 1:34 amStrawberry<3 and others should get this clearly...
Bidding should be done I an open manner
what i offered him RM85 by via Pm is an direct offer and has nothing to do with the bidding as it was done in a close manner...
So thus, my bid would still stand the highest Rm90
According to the English Legal System and Malaysians Law
The bidder must sell the item to the highest bidder by the end of the given period... Ts would be allowed to revoke his item IF it is done before the end of the period and on the condition NO ONE HAS made an offer... And as viewed from the trade the TS has revoked clearly after the period and there are bidders who did bid means the TS may not revoke the item...
if in real life he would have ended up being sued and forced to sell the item to me =)
1 lesson for all TS who which to use the bidding system... dont think at anytime ur item would fetch a high price by the via bidding system =)
Added on May 2, 2010, 1:41 amAn offeror may revoke an offer before it has been accepted, but the revocation must be communicated to the offeree, although not necessarily by the offeror.
