Do they really expect me to pay nearly 500 when I only used near 200? WTH?!!!



Called their Aduan number and the machine say someone will entertain me in 10 minutes. I then hang up.

Cagaran is Security money. Just in case you refuse to pay the bill one day, they will take from there. The higher the bill the higher the cagaran.

TNB need more money.

probably your average usage has increase lately, so they need to revise your existing cagaran.

I'm gonna call them and say I'm not gonna pay double of my bill because of their stupid cagaran. I'll only pay for what I used.

Yeah, they just call me (apparently their call back system works ) and they say they wont cut off your line because of the cagaran tambahan. But you still need to pay it.

They also say if you pay your bills slightly more than your usage, they'll use the balance to deduct your cagaran tambahan.

I guess Ill just pay slightly more month by month, since I like to round them up in 50 or 100 when paying anyway.
