Hi, do you provide service for China product? I have Asus RT-AC88U router bought from China that wants to send for RMA (the 2.4Ghz frequency not working)..it still has warranty until 2021..

I have contact Asus China, but they said I can't send the router by myself, need to get help from friend/relative at China..So I wonder if you can help me to send the router for RMA? thanks in advance.
