if u purchased item A in 2015 and ask for warranty, then after the replacement returned, then the warranty of cause follow the 2015 date and not start new date lr

if it is from idealtech, please bring the processor and receipt to our shop to get a new replacement on the spot.

if u bought from other shop, and u still got the receipt, just go back to the shop where u bought from to get the after sales service.
