I'm currently holding 4 residential properties under my name, and i heard that we can form a sdn bhd, and put all of them into the company. But this is only an idea i heard from someone while having teh tarik at nite when i'm back to malaysia during holiday,haha......
I have lots of questions in my head,
1.) How to transfer from personal to company?
2.) All the properties is still under bank loan, can we transfer to a company?
3.) What is the good point of having it transfer into a company?
Another side question is, how should i report my tax for the rental properties? I'm currently working Australia, and does not report tax in Malaysia. So will all the rental income starts from RM0 when i report my tax in Malaysia? Or i need to put in my Australia income and add up from there??
