I am staying here now. Moved in since June this year, one of the first. Place is pretty nice, the weather is very cooling in the morning and nights. Usually about 25-26 degrees, free aircon.

Distance of course everyone know what they are getting in Rawang. People in Rawang are nice actually and a lot of interesting foods.

Now occupancy rate i think is 40-50% and going up. Many house doing renovations now. By end of year should have a lot move in. There a quite a few have for/sale or rent banner, but its far from being a ghost town, especially all the others move in.

So far no complaints. The guards are really good and make their rounds consistently, and are friendly. Neighbours are really good people too, middle income and young families.

Coral VP if not mistaken was April 2013. Still quite new. Occupancy >80%. Coral & Coris already formed our own RA since few months back. Neighbourhood ok, traffic ok (compared to West). Price tag should be around 550k as well.
