today one agent dare to call me..before this they just send sms. The agent ask me if I want to sell my property.... before this i bought terrace 20x70 for around 150k but now the agent says the market price is 260k....

cant wait for the new jusco to open...

your time will come soon ma...hehehe. They put the Jusco sign board now from Tesco along the road...really excited.

maybe congestion if "J Card Member Sales"... just now what we can see is that the road is not very wide, especially the "climbing' road to the Emerald West. There are also many holes along the road, hope that they make a proper road and double the lanes...

Jusco Rawang taken this evening 11-08-11

I stay here (Emerald West) for more than 4 years...before this I stay at Ampang. I love this place , because the toll plaza is not very far if compare to Bandar Tasik Puteri. Kindergarten, school, shop, Post Office, We Market and all other facilities I think is good for my family. The opening of Jusco is gonna complete the existing facilities here.

You can easily go to
- Shah Alam via Guthrie,
- Kuala Selangor via LATAR (can buy fresh fish)
- Jalan Duta/DUKE via PLUS (around 20-25 minutes)
- Kota Damansara / Kelana Jaya (around 20-25 minutes)

A few years ago i went to Desa Coalfield, Sungai Buloh also got a smell from the factory around, and I think its more worsts than Emerald West chicken farm around.... maybe because my house is quite a distance compare to new current emerald project. You can compare how many kilometers you can access toll plaza from Desa Coalfield and compare it with Emerald West.

i just found this is emerald Rawang master plan around year 2007.

dont worry so much lah.... me also before this the developer got delay to take money, but not the progress. But make sure to check with the developer's account department to check if there is outstanding bills..
