Have seen the big signboard after the rawang toll, it stated there CINIPLEX opening soon in jusco, it doesnt mention CATHAY CINIPLEX, is it possible that ciniplex means cinema only ? So, not necessarily must be cathay? Just went to the cassis site also, tried to survery the land there and also try to see whether theres any bad smell .... But stayed there for around 15mins time, didnt smell anything bad ..  but i found that theres high tension voltage tower near cassis area also ... is it ok ??

Desa coafield quite far la, have to pass so many traffic lights! But if go to kepong, no need to pass toll. Among the on going projects at kajang, hill park 2 is the cheapest among them, but .. not sure la, some people mentioned metro kajang project quite lousy, got many defects in their buildings ??  Hill park 2 is also a big township .. have been to their site also, the township concept also quite ok ... thats the thing make me headache ...

I went to the sales office today for the Cassis launch and must admit my excitement as I browsing through the flyers and hear explanation from the Sales guy.

As much as I believe this project will do well, I do have two big concerns on the followings:

1 - Location is neighbouring a chicken farm. Especially with the recent bird flu rampant exposure.

2 - Selling price of RM 384k after RM 20k early bird discount may seems cheap for a landed - freehold. But if you look at a bigger picture, Bandar Country Homes which of course an older house but at a better location and still a stone throw away to the new Jusco is only selling at RM 200k - RM 300k.

Other than that, I have no doubt that this project is ready to generate returns to all purchasers. However, for me I would not want to take the risk and will spare my cash for another opportunity.

Leave it to your guys to decide.

no la....just hope it sells well so all the property there value increase...from newspaper min is 500k....haha
