Hi, am new to this forum. Been to the sales office. Didn't see any ground work for Jusco yet. For Coral, the house is built up is slightly bigger than Ebony. However the land is smaller. Coral 20*70 if not mistaken and Ebony is 22*75. There will be another launching soon as well....check it out with the sales office

Yep. CORIS 2Storey Courtyard Homes. It is published in StarMetro Friday 4 March 2011. Please do drive down and check the location. It is important to know the exact location, size of the built up and the finishing. Thanks for the infor on the Jusco construction work. thumbup.gif Will drive down to check it out next weekend.

Yep. Visited the sales office numerous times before buying into Ebony. Great to hear that Jusco on its way. Thanks for the info. For those still looking for Coral, don't give up yet. I got my Ebony after the first buyer not able to withdraw EPF. Currrently, EPF has the policy of '1 keluarga 1 rumah'. This means if you have withdrew from EPF before, you will not be entitled to withdraw again until you sell off the earlier property. This is to avoid speculation of property and to allow everyone to own a home.

Went and collected my Ebony home key. Am very happy at how they organized the handover and the effort that they put into it. Very professional. rclxms.gif

Hopefully, Guocoland Property Services will help out all the way until ensuring defects raised are done by their main contractor.

Am really happy to have bought Ebony. Although the built up is small but the location is so convenience.

Added on May 20, 2012, 12:18 pmBy the way, was told during the inspection that quite a number of Ebony buyers already sold off their units - Intermediate at RM428K.

For me, still pretty decent price considering the location and design compare to all other new development around Rawang.

What was the launching price then?

Price was RM340K. Though the built up is small. The location is strategic and very near to Jusco. In addition to that the surrounding phases have been occupied. Hence making it safe to move in once CF release in a month time. That will save you rental if you are renting house/room now. Compare location between Cassis and Ebony, Ebony is the better one. Go and check both Cassis and Ebony out before you make any decision. On built up, most people renovate their house to suite their preference.

Heard that there is a big poultry farm there too. So you might want to check with the sales office on their launching, its location and for more advice.

Hi,

I received the 'Taksiran Tahunan' for my Ebony home. The rate is at RM8.60. The notification also mentioned that we are allowed to write an objection to MPS if not satisfied.

Is there any Ebony owner or any resident in Emerald West in this forum can advise whether the rate is normal or high ?
