Hey, I believe Kota Emerald is not in the Guocoland nor HongBeeland township. You can check at iproperty for the price...

Hey guys latest update that i got from Emerald west township! cool2.gif

Seeking opinions from folks in this topic, recently i just got a scenery photo shot from west emerald and the only word that i can express throughout my exploration is "AMAZING" rclxm9.gif . If you guys love the be out from the hectic city lifestyle and get close to natural environment or i would put it simple as "Flora & Fauna" - Emerald West would be the right place. Deep inside the so called 9 holes golf lies a wonderful view of scenery with it's natural lake (to my impression its just like the second tasek kenyir + hills + wild birds). Honestly, it's location is not far from city centre as i had done the survey perhaps for time being it's kinda jammed as the road upgrading process is going on. This place really have the big potential in the near future . I can't express more by words and just waiting for Emerald future annoucement. Attached Image

Hmmm I think Emerald East is also under Guocoland. hmm.gif I think you can search for "Emerald" under "Semi-D / Bungalow" for the price of bungalows in Emerald East.

Wow J377! you must have done some serious exploration!
Very nice lake photos indeed thumbup.gif
I have just checked google map, i can't belive it, there are actually 5 natural lakes in Emerald West vicinity drool.gif
3 deep inside the "golf course", which one of them is a "horse-shoe" shaped lake
1 next to Garnet
1 near Ebony
I hope all of these lakes will be preserved and made easily accessible icon_rolleyes.gif

I think access to the North-South highway is easier according to the map but I am not sure about traffic.

What is the asking price for bungalows in Emerald East?

Are you sure my friend? Or rather, is your friend very sure on this?

Like I said, I work near Jalan Duta....leaving house at 8.30 and reach Jalan Duta by 9 does not seem to be a problem then? The traveling time would be better than from Kepong to Jalan Duta....

I hope this is true.

I commute from Anggun to KL Sentral for work. Leaving house between 7.00 to 8.00 can reach Jalan Duta in about 20 mins. To get to KL Sentral another 10 - 15 mins. 45 mins average. If jam also always after Jalan Duta toll can be stuck for 30 mins there on a bad day.

These lakes would definitely be a great place for some R&R kayaking or sampan-ing laugh.gif
