FoG is 4storey terrace house with private pool..compare land size build up, the rise is the cheapest!

The worst part of the housing area here is that no internet access is available. I have been moved to here for 1 year plus and no internet access. Even the TM broadband is not available. lousy area. sigh..

I am using Maxis, the line is very poor to call and receive calls at home as well.  i cant believe that such a developing areas, the basic requirement - telecommunication is so poor.

after moved in for one year plus, recently only the telekom ppl come and test our tele-wiring at home and noted that some of the houses are with poor wiring and not functioning due to workdone by developer. They claimed that the developer should ask them to test before covering the wiring.

Poor thing...

Streamyx also good enough. but my area even streamyx also dun have.

How much is the rental in Amethyst 3... with simple kitchenette?

Planning to let go and found one potential tenant who is only offering RM800 max... and is it easy or challenging to find tenant there? Please advise.

Mark-up 30% from SPA??? Normal practice. 

Anyone can provide more details for this project (attachment)? Opposite the lake, next to traffic light.

Just went there today and was stuck in the 5 into 1 road for more than 30 minutes... 

Sales person told me the EW-EE route will only be opened permanently after the new super link phase (near The Rise) completed, which according to him is around 3 years later 

Club house will be built on the land opposite The Rise instead of gallery.

Currently for the broadband, I am using 8MB Streamyx with HyppTV. Quite good for surfing the net. Stayed at the very old phase of Emerald West.

Went there few times, in between 2pm to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Every time also extremely jam due to the bottleneck. The traffic light to turn into AEON/ EW also very short (like ~10 seconds only each time) which adds up to the jam 

Oh, I didn't notice the sensor. Yeah it had contra flow that time but still very jam when I was there. Probably the sensor need some tuning.

Why say so? If I need to go out/come back outside of the 1 lane link open time, I still need to go in via the AEON traffic light. Any news for the road improvement in front of AEON?

Most of the time I have to move in and out due to work. It'll really benefit all EW residents greatly if the road in front of AEON can be improved soon.

Any other access to EW besides EE-EW link, Jusco-EW, BCH-EW?

EW-EE link will only opened after at least 3 years according to developer.

The current link will be closed when the real EW-EE link open. The current link is too narrow and steep to be opened public so it only serves as a temporary link to ease traffic during on/off work time. The so called real EW-EE link is not accessible now because there's a construction plan under the same developer (new phase for super-link houses). That's why they told me at least 3 years to wait for the completion of that phase.

The EW-EE link is still owned by the developer so I think it's still up to them to decide whether to open or not.

should extend it throughout Sat night cos sometimes going for late movie on Sat night can be quite a nightmare if didn't anticipate the traffic.

I was there from EW to EE and another car was heading from EE. I didn't see any notice at the EW entrance, one way is not so convenient. 

Ya...is under HSBB phase 2. But they estimate will be available in April 2016 or earlier. No exact date given by TM.
