dont worry so much lah.... me also before this the developer got delay to take money, but not the progress. But make sure to check with the developer's account department to check if there is outstanding bills..

seems the completion of amberley will be a little late..due to the delay in the tender process.not sure whether other developments ie terrace houses
will be affected as well..anyway, jaya jusco is scheduled for completion end of this year..building works are running 24 hours! this is a huge development indeed...the size is monumental to say the least.

Hong Bee will be launching their semi ds soon starting from around RM900k to 1 mil..

Do every know when the house expect to be completed?

How long is the delay?

Do you know roughly which month it will completes? Sounds like it might dragged to infinite date and time.

the SA said a "few months but not sure"..so actually if translated means tak tahu..

its probably too early to have a definitive timeline for completion nor could they say precisely how long the delay will be...
just have to check again in a few months time

Wow, that is good news for Anggun 1 & 2. I check with sale office today, Anggun 3 is no more neighbourhood with Anggun 1 & 2 but it is locate at the other side next to caltex. New commercial lot will be launch soon which is just located side by side with jusco. This will become a fantastic place in next 3 to 5 year.

Now Semi-D are easily more than 1.5mil in other place even not very hot place like subang bestari, so... congrat to Anggun owner

Hi Emerald Investors,

I went to the sales office today for the Cassis launch and must admit my excitement as I browsing through the flyers and hear explanation from the Sales guy.

As much as I believe this project will do well, I do have two big concerns on the followings:

1 - Location is neighbouring a chicken farm. Especially with the recent bird flu rampant exposure.

2 - Selling price of RM 384k after RM 20k early bird discount may seems cheap for a landed - freehold. But if you look at a bigger picture, Bandar Country Homes which of course an older house but at a better location and still a stone throw away to the new Jusco is only selling at RM 200k - RM 300k.

Other than that, I have no doubt that this project is ready to generate returns to all purchasers. However, for me I would not want to take the risk and will spare my cash for another opportunity.

Leave it to your guys to decide.

i think the 20k rebate is on dp not on selling price

Does anyone got any updates for the Coral project? Called their HQ no one is picking up the phone.

So far no update.....just heard about the Cassis. But alot of cassis buyer wanna buy coral And got call from sales office to get the letter to claim the LCD TV.

When you got the letter for the tv claim? have not received anything yet

After being informed by the lawyer that i can claim the TV from developer, I went to the sales office asking them. Then 1 week later they call me that the letter is ready. Maybe they only prepare when u chase for it...

They will call you once the letter is ready and you have to collect it at their sales gallery in Rawang..
Person in charge is Seth..

anyway, got my letter on 29th Aug so have to collect TV within 14 days - call the supplier he said oh..have to check if there is stock..one week later
still no news..called again..oh he is not around and wont be back until next week ..my "deadline" as given by Guocoland is this week...apa macam lah..

So called Gallery - spoke to one N woman..told her my predicament - she keep saying you have to call him..i said -yes i have called him and he said have to check if got stock..so far no reply from him as to whether there is stock or not and deadline is besok..her reply macam robot - you have to call him she keep repeating ...aiya..then she said go to the shop to collect.. i said he already said have to check if got stock or not...vomit blood lah:furious:

Which electrical shop is it? they have specific one?
that's terrible....

I have claimed the TV. The shop is HLK Electric Shop.

Btw, How we could utilize the voucher from lucky draw?
