wow.thanks for sharing the update and pics..
the size of this jaya jusco is huge and with the cinema coming on board, it is indeed great news for those who decided to buy into this area esp emerald west and east ..the road infrastructure which is going on is much needed as currently with the fast development being undertaken in this town, the traffic is getting heavier by the day literally!
you're welcome, it has been my pleasure, I have noticed the whole place is getting more "wong", even the restaurant, hawkers etc in country homes area are getting more "wong" too, compared to 2-3 years back it is noticably not as many people, now you might need to wait for table when having dinner in some of those spots

the road expansion shall cope it nicely, when bearing in mind that the road expansion completing end of the year is only phase 1, and is already quite major, there are still phase 2 and phase 3, with flyover and stuff

Good morning! want to say hello to all my potential future neighbours. i never thought that there's a thread here about Ebony Parkhomes. I was kinda worried for the past 1 year but after reading all the news here, i am very relieved. looks like my first investment is a good 1.
I am happy for you too, I believe all of the neighbour that I have spoke to like their houses, environments and the developments, it is probably the best investment among new launches in the next few years, and still underprice, good for any family who would like to stay landed, appreciate good environment, and yet prefer something at reasonable price... wait until jusco is completed, and shops moved in, more houses launched, chinese school completed, road upgraded, BDRB came in with their luxurious launches just beside Anggun, then the area will be even more different than what it is now

to be honest, some friends and relative is still thinking negative about Rawang if they have not visited this area in the past 5 years or so (although lesser of them is thinking negative now, 3-4 years ago, almost everyone will be so negative about this area), but now most are getting more and more positive now, if not drooling for houses in this area after visiting and seeing the developments.

nice, about 75% capital appreciation. The developer in this area is still remaining very low profile among other developments in klang valley
