There were some mentions in this thread about a private school in Emerald West. Does anyone have additional info about this private school? Like when it will open or whether construction has started?

Also the govt school haven't started construction yet, does this mean it will not be ready in 2012/2013?

I hope someone have some info on this.

I have notified by them and TV collected too before the lucky draw. You all better check with the developer. They given very short notice to collect the TV. Finally, I managed to collect the set at my nearest chain store (HLK)

Don't expect they give high end. it is LG model.

Bandar country home (BCH) is a whole set of development (not in Emerald) although very near .. it is quite cheap though..all you need to do is to drive around the BCH and look at the surroundings. Then you compare it with Emerald. I don't want to comment on whether BCH is good or bad as I don't want to create a stir with BCH residents. Just take a 20 minute drive around BCH and review it urself.

And as for the appreciation of value, it is still relevant because property is still a property. But the matter is how fast and how much. I think the BCH development is nearly 20 years. compared to emerald which is less than 10 years.

just wait for a new Jusco end of this year...
