ya...just saw that....SOLD OUT!!! If private school then not bad....So i guess from the master plan...nothing should be built at the hill next to Coral....hehe glad that i choosed the mountain behind unit Hopefully good feng shui ma...

I think that mountain land all the way to Jln Batu Arang (land behind Anggun) does not belong to Hong Bee. Which is why there's nothing in the master plan.

I have been reading some other threads discussing about some poor services of renovation contractors or furniture suppliers. Think we should share renovation contacts in future since we all from the same area!

ya ya.. then we can bargain the best price if all of us using the same renovation contractor..

i booked on last weekend, my unit is from phase 3 move to phase 1, coz since design is same and phase 3 abit far compare to phase 1, and someone has give up phase 1 one unit..so i took it loh. prices: RM368k (b4 20k rebate).

what about the semi -ds? not selling that well as compared to the terrace houses due to entry price of about 600+K?
