I got few offer from different banks. End up I take HL. Thinking of waiting for Public bank offer. But they are too slow. All rates are similar.

Can share which bank you got your offer?

Maybank, RHB, HL and Public.

Seh....have you been to the Coral site before...? Is there road build towards that? I saw some flats nearby Coral on the township model. Not sure if those flats already exist....I haven have a chance to round the whole development area....

cannot go to that land yet. but from the other site of the bridge which is emerald east, you can see the land. nothing to see yet.

However, just a reminder, be extremely careful and vigilant as this part of emerald is very quite, only some Indonesian or construction worker go there. Do not go there alone.

Haha, not really, they have actually done the oversite excavation, it should be ready for pilling works.

I believe this is the Coral site and being posted by limfgn on wikimapia....

Wondering a school is currently under construction...Is it real? What school isit? I can see the Coris site also....

Not really sure, saw it on the master plan, was told by the salesperson that the building will be a school. Sorry, if the info is wrong.

icic.....seems like at the back of my unit is a huge hill....Not sure if they are going to flatten that hill in the future....

OIC........anyway, I've walked over the bridge once, i stop halfway actually, feel really uncomfortable having foreign workers passing by, + the weather that day was really hot.

Checking on the Coral site....there are chicken farm opposite there....Will the farm shift or what will be the plan for them....

According to the sales person, he said they cannot force them to move since ppl were already there since long time ago. At the beginning he told me guocoland can buy over the farm but i don't think this work. Luckily, so far i don't smell anything from the show room and emerthys.

The farm is quite near to Coral & Coris.....I wonder what is the plan for the site in btw the chicken farm and Coral. It has been flatten and under construction...That 1 is just next to the chicken farm...Any idea?
