Today try to put downpayment for CORAL but end up all SOLD OUT only left AMBERLY still got few lot.Quite expensive for Amberly rm645k

Amberly is expensive in my opinion... its build up area only roughly 2300 sf compare to coral build up area which is 1800++ sf... with the price of RM645k i would rather go for Anggun2 semi-D...

Heard the coming launch around 2 months time will be "Coris" which is next to "Coral" of size 22' x 75' and will be priced around RM388,000 for the intermediate units. You can check the location of this new phase at the show gallery.

Amberly type C.I like it very much the price is out of my budget.The sales person told me CORIS is rm428,000.I saw the plan at showroom.

for me, type A would be what i would choose as there is no common wall running alongside except right at the end where the utility room ? share a common wall so its like a bungalow of sorts. Secondly not too much climbing up and down for the stairs as A type is on level ground.

The area is actually quite nice and its very near to the NKVE so access to KL is not that bad..the roads need to be widened though.
