Well, can try SetFSB to overclock it, but you need to know the PLL of N82Jq first...

first of all, i deleted all the mini games. thats the first thing i did.
then, looking forward to delete other asus preinstalled software as well. those are useless for me. so far this nb has served me really well, love the 64 bit IE, making me switch from firefox4beta3. i wish firefox comes with 64 bit as well! Added on August 20, 2010, 11:35 ammaybe can change the thread name to N82jv/jq series This post has been edited by ahtiven: Aug 20 2010, 11:35 AM |

I found jaggies too. It's especially obvious in this For me, the best image setting is "hight", with AF 16x & AA 4x. |

Yes, both AA and AF make huge difference in terms of image quality. does AA really make huge difference on 14inch? where can i set AF? Set to "high" setting in SCII. Manually change the AA & AF in nVidia control panel (right click on desktop and you'll see nVidia control panel). |

I still face the same problem on boot up if the USB ports are plugged with external HDD or Logitech wireless mouse adapter.
It will pause at the windows logo with black background. If i unplug those USB, then it will proceed to the login screen. However, it is no problem for boot up if I plug in the Genius wireless mouse adapter. Anyone can help? |
