Yep... There seems to be a way.

U can make it search such way but the method just need to go thru extra more steps.

1st Menu
2nd Navigate to?
3rd Point of interest
4th POI in City
5th Type the state you want to search
6th Show All
7th Any
8th Type the keyword you want to find example 1U, curve etc etc

anyone has any idea how to watch tv through n900? astro or rtm1 ntv7 8tv all those

China phone haha. I tested before quite geng also. Nokia N900 do not have such features except streaming the video from the internet.

Have u tried sygic gps ?

guys, i cant make any call. but can receive call, send and receive sms. wifi also not working; connected but cant surf. but my pc seems ok, can surf. any idea whats wrong with my phone?

can u be specify with your problem like what's your firmware version? What did u do before that? how old is your phone? What network are u using? R u using postpaid or prepaid? Could it be the network u are using down?

Is it u having the wifi bug?

i'm using good-old PR 1.1 (3.2010.02-8.203.1). last time i've installed new apps is about 2 weeks ago, but since yesterday i cant make any call. as far i remembered, i dont do anything that might caused problem.i've bought my phone about month ago, using Maxis Hotlink Youth Club Prepaid. and regarding about network down, i dont think so bcoz i've tried call my number using his number (maxis prepaid). not a problem. later i try to swap my celcom number try to call using this phone.

about wifi bug, i will try solve using that method. will update here about the progress. thanks a lot aspire!

Seems like it.
When I didn't connect to any internet connection,it cannot lock on gps.

It's a personal choice whether a person want to share stuff or not.
He paid for it & we cannot just demand for him to share for free.

Haha there is nothing to compare because now is either u use Sygic or No GPS navigation

thats not nice... at least he is willing to tell us there is this app in the 1st place. kudos to meli that share out both map and app..

sygic is good...can use in potrait and landscape mode....my mobile xt vesi lama can't do that...

internet connection only speed up the lock time. I tried turn off network positioning aka a-gps then i just sit in the car it took about 2mins with clear sky to get a lock

Actually we have nothing against mr. T. He didnt said provide service with a fee. He said share then when u pm him he charge each person RM100.
2ndly if he really paid for it for RM180 he so called "share*" with 10 ppl he already made RM1,000 do u think its fair? Since i have this information can i so called "share*" mr. T way with others?

hey aspire2006, i can be sure that my n900 got problem when trying to call. i try to swap my current sim (maxis prepaid) to other phone, and try to call other number. work like a charm. so do i have to reflash or what?

I started the sygic, and test if it use any internet connection or not to lock the position, but looks like without..... today test tooks around 1 mins plus to lock.... not bad
