when u add the widget,do not click "done" at the top right..press the small "wrench" icon at the bottom left of the USSD widget..then,enter the code..eg *122#,*124#..etc2...

u get the Error message because u didn't set the USSD code..

to set the USSD code, click the top screen,then click the little icon on top (in simpler terms,its the same way when u want to add widgets)

after that, u can move around all your widgets,shortcuts,bookmarks..etc..

if u could notice,on the USSD widget,there will be one "x" icon on top right, and one "wrench"/"spanar" icon on bottom left...

now click on the "wrench"/spanar" icon..it'll take u to the settings of the USSD widget..

now just enter the USSD number (depends on ur network provider) and click save..

after that..u'll be brought back to the main screen..now click done on top right..

press the widget..it'll say "processing"..or sometimes "error"...keep pressing it..or just reboot it...

btw,how stable is the version?how much memory is it taking?

until nokia announce the release date of PR1.2...we could be waiting for weeks..or months..or even better...years...dont put high hopes on it though...

nokia didnt officially announce the release date..its because of some rumours/speculation/logical thinking PLUS THE CHANGE LOGS that someone had received..this is so true when N900 HK version came out pre-installed PR1.2..then suddenly all N900 owners thought that nokia will release PR1.2 global version in a week time despite Nokia didnt even announce the release date to the public..

so its a waiting game...but "waiting" while playing..so its not a boring "wait" though..not that we can't even use N900 with current Firmware and functions..

is this the latest version of map?

guys,does N900 has a car mount phone holder? My current existing car holder can't expand to the same width as N900...

the update also available through app manager.

do remember this..app manager will DOWNLOAD first,then only INSTALL applications...

so,dont worry about having disconnected wifi or 3g again..because it'll only effect the download..not the installation..

if the download is interrupted,just click update again,and it will download it again..after finish,only they'll install it..
