Just overclocked my N900 to 805Mhz using the titan's kernel. I have set the minimum 250Mhz, but how come in the conky apps, it show idling at 500Mhz?

another question, can i set my minimum at 125Mhz? lower clock at idling supposed can make the battery last longer, right?

why on earth is that when i try to overclock the phone, i pasted the rootsh in my root file, i type root > , it comes newline unexpected. ==

u suppose download and install rootsh then u access your x-terminal type root

It steps down according to your N900's needs. So, if it needs 500, it will go down to 500, if 250, it will go down to 250.

And it's hotly contested, but it seems that a minimum of 125 is somewhat problematic, and 250 seems to save about the same power. And the N900 doesn't idle at minimum, it idles (when screen is locked and nothing is running in the background) at 0mhz.

Also, it saves more battery to set a lower maximum then a lower minimum, or at least it seems as per my experiments.

currently trying to update my N900 to PR 1.2 but I'm stuck at the "Suitable USB device not found, waiting" for while. May I know how long do I need to wait?

guys after long thinking on how to install the sygic finally able to install but there is still a problem that i dont undersatnd. after succesfull install to my phone and try to open the application mobile maps, when i click a pop up appear "enable network-based positioning" choose yes or no it still nothing happen when i press either one. help guys?
