SFSH agak agak... 1 person above 60bucks la

I sell airplane tickets... i handle customer service... i handle those ppl got stranded... i handle those ppl who can't fly...
Crap job... wanna change job asap oredi...

yala... everyday get calls from customer...sienz...

sometimes they think we god... weather problem den kenot fly...blame us... no money... ask us give free...
they come late to airport... ask us to delay plane for them... barang hilang... ask us to find... ppl's country got political problem ask us to solve it so they can go...

All KNNCBB ppl...

i know u wan lamb chop la ... u cant have that ... but must share share with me     
oh mai .. all also u do ... satu kaki tendang wei ..

come here kena scold... but can scold back... at the end of the day... we got power... we incharge of their flights ma... XD

They be a b****... we can be a b**** also... Plus the policy and T&C that customer agreed on... all benefits us only... not to them... XD

Plus... ada commission mau makan... if u pandai pandai...commission alone u can reach 2K not counting basic and other commission

Sound bad... but we can f**ked them back... Coz at the end of the day... alot of things are not covered... Coz budget airlines are subject to changes like flight reschedule and cancellation.

So at the end of the day... U become charity case... where u choose to help or not and sometimes u become the tiuz-machine. Customer *** you... but u can *** them back until they kenot say anything... i got 1 customer, kesian case... not their fault also... they book flight but no more space... so they kenot tendang out of the manifest with no flights... i told them...we can only refund ur fare... but they dun have flight at all and they need to go. This is f**ked up situation where company sucks... but still no choice... customer have to just opt for refund... She argued... i kesian her and at the same time i kan her back coz i kenot tahan d...

*end of story... 1 ended up crying... and pretty sure it's not me...*
