how about the sg long palm walk, nice? how is the security? the phase3 near with the rock hill, do u all think is safe?

Don't know what is happening behind the rock hill.
i go further behind, there is a hill, and blocked, not dare to walk ard.
i planned to book a unit..

the phase 3 first release is 566k & 608k. there are 3~4row not release yet, expect price will increase

Today the palm walk3, second release, price increase about 4%.
20x70 = 586k, 20x75 = 638k

ya, i do agree sg long is jam. for me, the environment is recommend for own stay, if you are investor expect on fast return in this 2~3yrs, it might stuck ur cash flow, the developer earn all of it already.
Btw, some of the palm walk phase1 just sell at 600k only, so it depend..

well, the currently development is go deep into all the hill side, also cyber definitely will be another PJ (working area), so Invest wisely..

not just sg long house, i believe other project other area will also facing water leaking..
my fren advice is when get ur house, flush your water all day night, make the pipe pressure to test any water leaking.. good for new house owner, got warranty, sorry to 2nd hand owner if end of warranty, have to pay by own.
