Hi guys, I'm one of the house owner at Tropicana Cheras at Sg. Long. Just wondering are there any of you guys own a property in that project?

My property is the superlink villa phase 2 and will be completed in Jun next year. But saw a couple of Semi-d units have been occupied and afew units more are under renovation. The rest of it still vacant. When are you planning to move in?

I'm one of the owner of the Tropicana Cheras Villa, the unit that u mentioned is facing a T-junction and that's why it is unsold for a long time. If you are not particular about feng shui or Chinese believes, then u can consider that unit as the developer is giving good discount to potential buyer.

The T-junction road is located in between 2 end lot house where the unsold house is facing. I guess it's a small road and fit your description. Could be an auspicious house like what you mentioned but some how it is still unsold for 2 yrs already.

Good lar for better access to sg.long area and reduce current traffic congestion problems

I'm one of the house owner there and you are right that the house price is reasonable with good quality n design. Really have to go take a look at their show house to appreciate the value. One thing I don't like is the access road.

I owned the Link Villa type B2 and have been visiting the construction sites a few times already. I just open the construction main metal gate n walk into my unit. If it's locked, then I'll ask the security guard stationed nearby to open it for me.

I guess the main reason Tropicana reluctant to build a new access road is because of the housing development around the area by other developers. Tropicana build access road n then the other use it for free? Not fair rite?
