bro, its not abandon issue. It just tat there is no housing shortage issus in Klang Valley. All those bought BMC/sungai long ascript to the Future More Expensive and Shortage of Land Issue. So it just they are being proven wrong.Is BMC being abandoned?
mostly bought for investment purpose and hence you see empty lots bcoz they thought buying 400k++ can flip for 700k. Now I think they are suffering for tis now. But eventually some body will still came along and buy at tat price but need to wait tats all.
