Must compare the distance to KL as well...when compare kinrara n Sg Long..
that is the most tricky points.

Extracted from google map: bandar kinrara to KLCC 19km vs sg long to klcc 22km...3km different.
assume cheras main road after MRT complete is smooth, probably on par...
but dont foreget the MEX/KESAS via seremban highway to reach KLCC frm kinrara....but SG long only rely on CHERAS main road to reach KLCC....if follow SILK highway until serdang then join seremban highway...are you sure still can get 22km?

Looking for MRT 2 allignment is the best option..Property in Damai Perdana side. Hill Top is embarking a quite extensive developement, haveing launched Super Link, D premier II, Semidees and bunglos..950k onward..for superlink...2700 built up 24*75..rather grab a unit there...rather then squeeze on this side, no new infra inplace..dont forget, SUKE is on the same side as well...prospect wise far more brighter...

Yup..the SUKE get complain from connaught bkt mandarina resident...but complaint is compliant, the project still going on...EKVE basically is follow hill road end at UKAY side...compare to SUKE,which from sri petaling end at MRR2...far difference the impact
