You can get some information here too. If can go there take a look & feel environment there also.
So far i just know PW3 gated brick wall. PW1 & PW2 not sure.

so any other owner for PW1 and PW 2 can share how the gated for these 2 projects? is it with fence or brickwall? and access card contorl or just guard manually pull up and down for the boom gate..

PW1 & PW2 is cover by fence. need access card to access the entrance.

if there are owners refuse to pay the maintenance fee, how the can drive inside let say no access card?

If im not mistaken, u can buy the sticker n access card yearly basis. Eg. Those renting house.

Of coz there are minority who does not want to pay a single cent, then nothing much can do. For PW1 70% or 80% ppl paid 4 it.

If such owner really didn't pay then how they can back home? Are they allow go in that area?

Give driving licence everytime they want to access

Last time my apt some owner didn't apply card too but they wanna go in & park their car. They say my house inside why i cannot go in. That time management also can't do anythings just let them go in. Some have fighting case also.

what time? which part of sg long? i find that sometimes the jam is caused by the tuition center there when the parents are sending their children to tuition. And after work, i find it usual jam la around the shell there turning into MBB there.

nice place to stay ... but a bit too expensive
