I understand what you means. Last time been there around 9pm all shop near close already. Now 10pm still open.

i like sg long because i can feel housing area. Just hope traffic there can solve asap. I have message to ahli majlis perbandaran Kajang they are still planning how to solve this problem.

Normally agent will help seller makeup the price. If not how agent earn more commission. Is depend the house have value or not. some bank estimate the house not such value that time need pay more deposit.

if buyer willing pay more deposit problem solve. some buyer just can pay 10% only. some 10% also can't pay. That why a lot ppl can't afford buy property is not because their monthly salary can't afford. The problem are 10% deposit.

Hahaha doesn't matter. Have time drive around lor. Sg Long not really big. I think not much land already. That area you mention maybe Palm Walk 2. Palm Walk 3 i receive sms from agent selling RM700K++ nego. Damm high price. hahaha

If such owner really didn't pay then how they can back home? Are they allow go in that area?

Last time my apt some owner didn't apply card too but they wanna go in & park their car. They say my house inside why i cannot go in. That time management also can't do anythings just let them go in. Some have fighting case also.

That why hope landed no this issue. Most important owner pay the security 1st. If not later crime happen more lose.
