i think is located at the shop lot opposite Jusco, it provide service for courier and photocopy, midvalley also has one branch

the guard extended to the junction due to the security reason, there were a few robbery cases and few cars were stolen, now most of the parking inside the condo and along the road before extension rented out to residents to park their cars, not sure about those newly draw one though, MPKJ gave a greenlight to clear the land beside Sejati Villa to create more parking but lack of funding as the residents did not agree to pay extra for a few months for the project.

the small piece of land is actually just outside the guard post of the condo, and the land in between the road and Sejati Villa actually given green light by MPKJ to clear and convert into parking lots, but residents are reluctant to pay another RM100 for 1 year to accommodate the construction, and the management has since then rent out all the car park bay to earn some money and chase away those who park their 3rd, 4th, 5th car for free at the parking bays, some cars really never move after 3 years

my friend's sister rented one at palmwalk, behind sg long hospital, the rental i think is 3K per house, i think around 10+ people stay in it doh.gif, if condo renting at 2k+, sure there will be more than 10 persons stay inside doh.gif

yea, old condos have parking issue, new condo most of them combine with commercial center which could be too happenings to stay in
