I think everywhere also jam when weekday.

QUOTE(jlsh007 @ Apr 5 2013, 11:25 AM)
Hi I'm thinking about buying property in SL 9 or hill park 2.

Is it really jammed over there? How is the environment?

Appreciate your input.

I think very hard if wait them come Sg long patrol. They will give excuse not enough policeman but when Bersih days saw have a lot policeman come out. Hahahahaha

QUOTE(jootat @ Apr 9 2013, 11:35 AM)
hmm ... that's of course top priority too bro.  in fact last time we choose sg long over BMC also because sg long some how look & feel safer. But of course, sometimes u can't guarantee the safety issues one.  Just recently BMC started to have those gated community.  When i was there 5 years ago, very limited choices for gated community there.  And doesn't mean we have gated community also we are safe lo ... the management also very important.  And most importantly is our police man loo ... hope they able to do more petrol in our housing area especially when we are away to work.  Time to have a better government? LOL! icon_rolleyes.gif

You are right. My friend instalment RM1k ++ but rent below RM800.

QUOTE(InF.anime @ Apr 9 2013, 05:50 PM)
Stay in Cheras now,  think to find a property in Sg Long / BMC for investment.. but the rental still quite low.

Only can wait for the price to appreciate..  hmm.gif
One of my colleague bought a house in Sg Long last year, 450k, now asking around 550-600k. Not bad though.

Thanks your advise. Home alarm currently using. So no problem with this. Grill sure will do. Security door like pedal lock?

QUOTE(jootat @ Apr 10 2013, 09:45 AM)
first i think u got to choose a place that got the so called "security", either their management good or bad, u can't know until u stay there.  Or u can choose to be their committee if u willing to improve their management. Then of course for landed house, the basic things u need would be grill, house alarm, cctv, security door and a guard dog if you are non muslim.  And, even if u plan to renovate your house, try to maintain low profile on the exterior lo, inside u want to put gold toilet bowl also nvm. smile.gif

Wah!!! If I buy semi d will think security door. Hahahaha
Sometime I think need to beware our guard too.

QUOTE(jootat @ Apr 10 2013, 09:56 AM)
security door would be something like this http://www.citygate.com.my/index.php?optio...id=30&Itemid=41

But i think it's all depend on individual need.  it can be quite costly and need some minor hacking to install these doors.
