I've no idea, I think most probably by next year, maybe u can look for Tropicana Cheras Link Villas, just inside of Taman Suria.

within BSL & BMC, price for 3 storey link house really nearly to 1mil, even BMC Sunstone Villa 20 x 65 (3 storey) is selling 960k and it's already sold out

Yup, the access road really sucks, have to share with Taman Suria resident, wonder y Tropicana dun wan to build a new access road for his own. doh.gif

Good, I haven't receive yet. How do u feel the layout, materials & workmanship quality for link villa if compare with sales office Semi-D? I was told that Tropicana appoint different contractor for link villas
