erm....i have buy 1 12mm de fan...but...i dun noe how to set it...can any one teach me,....now my computer onli have the ori fan at there bck de...the side and the front didn't have any fansss

ur new fan got molex connector or small 3 pin connector? any space in ur case to fit 12cm fan?

erm...i am using elite 310......erm...i prefer to fix my fan at the front.....and my fan is small 3 pin connector....yes....the front and the side.....there are 2 place to fit my fan....and me prefer to fit to the front///...so how can i do it?????

Install at least front intake fan in your case, refer to the you tube (yours not need to dismantle hdd cage unlike shown in the you tube):-

Or install another side fan:-

The fan side normally printed with fan blowing direction (intake-sucking or exhaust-blowing)

the wind speed is depend on wire sticked with the fan...where the wire face,then where the wind blow..

best is front; air goes in... back, air goes out...

it's only single direction. you can check on the side of the fan to see if there's an arrow to indicate the direction of the low, or the side where there's a sticker with wording is the place where air flows out. speed depends on

1. Type of connector, for 3 pin, you can control the speed via your mobo or fan controller for front panel. Depends on which connection you make.
2. molex, less likely have any speed controller unless the fan comes with one or you dissect the wiring to fit one VR.
3. temp sensor controlled. Some fans come with temperature sensor controllers. means if the ambient temperature is hot, it will spin faster, if it's cool it will spin slower.

hope that explains.

p.s, Speed of the fan can be found on the spec. normally they would rate the fan speed in RPM. CFM is amount of air it can suck in.

the side tat has the sticker n the frame for the wires, is where the wind blown out.

so if u wanna put it at the front then u will hav to set it as intake fan which means suck the cool air n blow into ur casing. i hope this will help.

u can have different ways to set it up.

easy...drill 4 four holes infront ur casing........and put ur fan on it
