Hello,

I am in dilemma to purchase one of them; (regardless the price, since I am buying from oversea and the price are so closed)

What I like in N1 is the bigger screen and faster CPU, but the outlook is so so..

What I like in Legend is the Fm radio, HTC Sense ui, elegant body..

any thoughts?

ask yourself , do you really need Fm radio ?

1) if you will be using case on either of them , then the design is not important since the case will cover the body .

2) if you arent a heavy multitask user , get Legend . Basically Legend processor is fast enough , can run all apps or games smoothly . Because those apps are simple apps with average 2 3mb .. For game 10mb~50mb . These apps doesnt need high requirement , you wont be playing something like Crysis in ur phone ! lolz .. So the main issue is multitasking , ask youself , do you always multitasking ?
With Legend specification , youtube + texting + game , still smooth ! Other ppl prefer N1 but it has higher specification , but battery doesnt last long. At last , they root their N1 and start to do underclock from 1ghz to 600mhz ==.... to preserve more battery

3) if you are busy people who always need to call , get Legend as it has longer battery life . You wont need to recharge the battery always , very troublesome to bring the charger around.

4) For the sense UI issue , not a problem . N1 can be rooted and use Desire ROM

Dont obsess of the specification , think of what you really need . Just like core 2 duo desktop if pretty sufficient for me , not a hardcore gamer , wont needing i7 because I just surf net and watch movie.

Android ver 2.2 update will have FM radio and Wireless N enabled - plenty of such reports in the web : refer to androidcentral, android and me, androidforums etc. If you want a phone with quick updates Nexus is best choice now. Latest rumours ver 2.2 relessed for Nexus by May 19. So I believe other Android models would only get their updates up by 3rd quarter to year end only

thanks for everyone responses.
And, I have got my NexusOne at last.

I still prefer to have larger screen and the outlook of NexusOne.
Battery wont be an issue, I may purchase an extra backup battery..

Remember to try out the Modaco ROM. This is where the Sense UI comes into action. thumbup.gif But first, you need to do some literature reading. Once you have a clear idea on how to proceed, it should be pretty straight forward.
